Bugging textures

Hello,
Recently there was a problem with textures in the game, because in the lobby from time to time half of the screen is covered with different colored "objects". The game is similar, sometimes even half of the map is in textures and you can't see anything there. The phone is updated and so is the game. I will add that it was good before. I also have a question, is there any quick way to contact support? I wrote the same on an official discord and in short, I was spat on.
