I'm already tired of trying to reinstall this game, that in English, that in Chinese-all the same errors, is there no way to solve this problem, except to look for a "friend-assistant" that will throw the files?

Does anyone know what files are specifically needed? Trying to fix it for my friend but no one is being helpful or providing any information that could be useful.

I thought I was alone..............

The game was working fine like months  before I stopped playing it (which was before October) but now that I reinstalled it.... it doesn't work... The Netease logo only appears once then it poofs away

My theory suggests that it might have something to do when I updated my DirectX version from 10.? to 11 (I forgot what my DirectX version was XDD)

Second theory is when I putted a lot of weird dll files in my C: drive XDDD and Idk if I can still replace or if I replaced them with the original ones XDD

Third theory is................. The app isn't fixed =..=   

I'm still hoping that the devs or someone with high computer knowledge can give us a fix~ cuz this thread started like 2019 and still goes on up to now

!!IMPORTANT!!

After asking around and testing it for myself, this issue is probably caused by Intel Integrated Graphics, which for some reason does not like working with IDV. Whether it is at a software or hardware level, I am not sure, but devices that have Intel processors and some sort of external graphics (like Nvidia or AMD) work perfectly fine. I would also assume that integrated AMD Radeon graphics would work as well, though I haven't tested it for myself. As for how to fix it, sadly there are no easy or cheap options except waiting for NetEase to fix this issue themselves. (given their responses about this topic before I highly doubt they will fix this)

Hope this helps, or if I'm wrong, give me details about why.

If you guys still have this problem try to download the game using any mobile emulator. Worked for me in my notebook.
