Im having this problem too...
So i asked a friend who has the pc version and works fine for him and he's nerd about computers-
Anyways, he says it might be because in my IDV file there are a lot of files im missing compared to his IDV file
Now he's trying to send his whole IDV file to me and see if it works
(btw me and my bff actually tried to download the pc ver the same day, the same moment. I couldnt open it but she could do it without any problems, so my bff is also trying to send me her file)

guys i recommend yall to search for someone who has the pc version and ask them to send their IDV whole file (it's like +3GB)
if this doesnt work, just give up like me lmao
[Edit: no, it didnt work and the whole file was like 9,1 GB hella crazy bro we need to report this]

Hello! Faced the same problem as all of you. The all-new laptop doesn't launch the game at all.
At first I thought that the problem was in the computer settings, but everything is fine.
I asked a friend who also does not start the game, but for another reason, to send me a screenshot of its files in the game.
It turned out that she didn't have some files, and I didn't have some.
We haven't tried "file exchange" yet. I'll tell you about the results later))
