I never got this issue, but after last update (the one with s10 essence 2, from which I really wanted that prisoner skin) whenever I try to open it, it loads Netease's logo, then "normally" starts to check the files, but the numbers don't chnage at all and after 5 min of nothing it tells me: "Please retry". So I tried to retry over and over again, repaired client few times and still nothing. Yesterday after long hours of trying I could play, but it was lagging and disconnecting me several times. If someone could help I would be very happy

exactly the same issue, i  bought a windows 10 pc and the game refused to go farther than the netease logo and works perfectly on my previous windows 8

Ok so I think I figured it out:
I'm assuming most of you are experiencing the issue after clicking the main icon that appears wherever you downloaded the game.
I'm also assuming you all have noticed that there is a folder that contains all the game's code and stuff that gets downloaded as well.
What you have to do is go to this folder containing all the other files and scroll down until you see "drwg.exe" and click on it.
That is where the game actually is.
I've also been experiencing the issue where I click on what appears to be the game and being left with the logo and nothing else happening which is what led me to explore this folder and randomly open files.
I guess that ended up being the solution this time

Hello! I also have the same problem. When I try to lunch the PC version, it only gets to the window of Identity V, then it closes by itself. The thing is that I had this problem yesterday. The day before that I normally played as usual, and I had no problem at all.

No. It doesn't work, or at least, not for me.

I've been having the same issues too... troubleshooting and installing new drivers doesnt work at all and I'm getting super frustrated over this. Is anyone has any tips on how to fix this please help. I just want to play on PC instead of mobile.
