When I was about 10 years old, i live with my aunt and my two cousins. We were a pretty chill family and we let almost anyone stay however many nights they needed. One night though my aunt was going to be gone for a few days so me and my cousins had the house to ourselves. It was 6 o'clock and I was making dinner for me and my cousins, when suddenly we heard a knock at the door, we weren't really surprised since were used to having guests come over to our house. I opened the door to see a tall man standing in front of me, he looked like he got attacked by some animal or something, I asked him if he needed anything and he responded with a "yes", I stood there for a few seconds waiting for him to say what he needed but he just stood there, so i asked him "What do you need", he said he needed to stay a few nights so i invited him in, I took him to the guest room that was in the basement and brought him a blanket and pillow and I tried to offer him some clothes but he declined. That night I had trouble sleeping so I got out of bed and made my way to the kitchen and got myself a cup of water, after I finished my water I was about to go to bed when I heard some footsteps coming up the stairs I looked behind me and saw the man just standing there at the top of the stairs, I asked him if he needed something this late at night and he just said "Follow me", I was thinking to myself if it was a good idea to follow him, I didn't want to be rude so I followed him downstairs to the guest bedroom, when we got there he told me to sit on the bed so I sat on the bed, I didn't know what he was going to do or if i should just run and call the police, while all this was going through my mind i looked up and the man pushed me down and started trying to suffocate me with the pillow i kicked him and ran for the out of the room and upstairs, I grabbed my phone and called the police, I grabed my cousins and we ran for our lives out of the house. The police finally showed up and searched the whole house for the man but there was no sign of him anywhere. The policed called my aunt and she rushed home without saying a word. Since then we stoped letting strangers into our house and we sold the guest bed and made the room into a place for storage. The man however is still on the loose and looking for more victims, I just hope he never comes back to this house. |
