Hello everyone, few months ago i got account ban for the unknown reason and devs said its hacks but i dont used anything, also i want back my account cuz i had some recharges and good skins and wasted 4k hours for it
I'm unsure if you could actually send in a ban appeal, but maybe contact their support (gameidentityv@service.netease.com) and tell them you were falsely banned? They should be understanding if they can detect that nothing was wrong.
