My problem with the ballon attack

My english is not the best i using traductor for write this,
My problem with the balloon attack is that it has no attack cooldown which is annoying for some in my case a game over was playing with others and when they were going to rescue him they made him terror shock a partner approached and the hunter grabbed the survivor He started to attack and he knocked him down then the rest of us approached and knocked us all down I suggest that there be a small attack cooldown with balloons of 2 or 3 seconds so that they can escape when they are in balloons or that their movement slows down.
