IDV won't open after the newest update on pc

Hi, is anyone know hot to fix it? I've been uninstall the install it again but it won't work
I have this issue just today and till now I can't open IDV
if anyone know hot to fix it please tell me

mine happened the same, and from what I saw in the error logs generated by the application, with the graphical update only machines with native directx 11, will be able to run the game, I used a program that forces the game to run, (type one emulator of directx 10/11), the game runs, more with many locks

me pasa lo mismo alguien encargado de el juego en resolver esto ya dio soluciones? porfavor, soy muy activo en el juego y esto me perjudica, nunca dijeron que pasaria esto.
